RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Partial refunds on made-to-order items only. Once an item has been shipped, there will be no returns or exchanges.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Digital Items and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to the carrier transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, import duties, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. Shipping is a service you purchase from the carrier along with your order from us. Any shipping issues must be handled with the respective carrier. ADDITIONAL INSURANCE is available to add to any order and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for any order you cannot afford to lose.
Your health is important to us. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, shipping may be delayed. This will impact both domestic and international shipping (Customs may add additional hold time).
