Policies

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Partial refunds on made-to-order items only. Once an item has been shipped, there will be no returns or exchanges.
IF USING SHIPPING QUOTE: There will be no cancellations, refunds, returns, changes, and/or exchanges once you receive an email letting you know your order is ready to ship. No exceptions. Partial refunds mid-production may or may not be issued. 
Digital Items and Gift Cards are non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY 

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to the carrier transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, import duties, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. Shipping is a service you purchase from the carrier along with your order from us. Any shipping issues must be handled with the respective carrier. ADDITIONAL INSURANCE is available to add to any order and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for any order you cannot afford to lose.
