Shipping & Insurance

We offer insurance in all of our bigger items (i.e armor kits). We HIGHLY recommend that you purchase insurance through the "Shipping" listing in the menu on orders you can not take the risk of being damaged during transit or being lost by the carrier. Purchasing insurance DOES NOT add onto a carrier's included insurance. If you need to submit a claim for insurance, you will need to provide pictures of the package and items as they where received. INSURANCE CLAIMS NEED TO BE MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE ITEM BEING DELIEVERED. 


There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to the carrier transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, import duties, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. Shipping is a service you purchase from the carrier along with your order from us. Any shipping issues must be handled with the respective carrier. ADDITIONAL INSURANCE is available to add to any order and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for any order you cannot afford to lose.
